A group of UBC students (two of which I went to highschool with) made this super cool food ordering app based in Vancouver.
It’s called Tapicnic, and if you’re a Vancouverite, you need this in your phone’s arsenal of apps.
Undecided on where to eat? Use Tapicnic to help you order some food. See what types of restaurants are in your area, if they’re open, price range, rating, etc.
Then, make up your order from the menu on the app, make whatever modifications you need, add your allergies if you have them, choose take out or delivery, and when you want your food for, then place your order! It literally can’t get much easier than that.
And another fun part of Tapicnic: tokens. The more you order throught tapicnic, the more tokens you earn, which can go towards a discount off a future meal!
It’s slick, handy, and easy to use. I highly suggest anyone in Vancouver with an Apple or Android device download this immediately.
TLDR; Go download Tapicnic on your phone for some good Vancouver eats otherwise you’re a fool.
